St Peters Square in Liverpool could pass for almost any southern European city on this tranquil looking night, but it’s not as warm as it seems. A series of squares were created across the Ropewalks district to open up this area of town, as part of an extensive regeneration project at the turn of the millennium. Two projects included in the the redevelopment were Alma de Cuba in St Peters Church, and the Tea Factory, between which the square has been created.

As it says on the label this is what you get. City Centre Sheds have come up with a unique way of advertising themselves, they build sheds so put one on the wall of their business and show everyone !! Found on Jamaica Street it must attract attention from the potently many customers.

Good Liverpool humour with a twist !

At the corner of Woolton Road and Long Lane Garston, stands a wonderful memorial the men of Garston who lost their Lives in the Great War. Placed at the foot of the memorial is small remembrance cross for Sergeant A. Hulme, Royal Engineers who died on the 17th of June 1918. Sergeant Hulme was attached to the Inland Water Ways Transport Division.
